• What do I get for a day pass?
You can get the full benefits of Performance or Ultimate subscription with a day pass for 24 hours.
• How many times can I purchase additional playtime?
You can buy as many hours as you want, but remember that not all unused hours can be transferred to the next period.
• What happens when I use all my playtime?
Performance and Ultimate plans offer 40 hours of playtime for 30-day subscriptions and 45 hours for 180-day subscriptions. After the playtime ends, your subscription will be switched to a Limited state.
• What is a Limited state?
In Limited state, the features provided are the same as those provided in the Free plan, and you can only use sessions for up to 1 hour. To return to Full state, you must purchase additional time or wait until the next subscription renewal date.
• What happens when my subscription expires?
If your bank card is linked to your profile, we will automatically charge you for the next period. If your card is not linked, we will transfer you to the Free plan. You can enable or disable auto-renewal of your subscription in your profile.
• I want to change to a better plan, but I still have playtime left. What should I do?
You can upgrade to a better plan, but any unused playtime will be lost and your existing subscriptions will be deleted.
• How does the remaining playtime carry over?
The remaining playtime can be carried over to the next period, up to 15 hours for the Performance plan and up to 20 hours for the Ultimate plan.

Important: Please check the auto-renewal settings, the carryover is possible only if the subscription is maintained. If the subscription is not continued, such as by changing the plan or making a new purchase, the remaining playtime will not be carried over and will disappear.
