Remaining playtime(including extra hours purchased) can be carried over to the next period if you continue your subscription. Max. 15 hours (20 hours for Ultimate) can be carried over automatically. Subscription does not get renewed if auto payment does not proceed successfully. Please check if you registered a valid card and have sufficient funds, etc. for successful auto payment. If your subscription ends, you lose your remaining playtime.
You can ask for refund if you have not used the 'game content' within 7 days after the purchase. You can email help@gfn.co.kr or inquire us through KakaoTalk with reason for the refund, purchase date and time, GFN email address. Our team will help you as soon as possible.
To delete your account, please email help@gfn.co.kr with your GFN email address and ID for verification (Korean ID card, driver's license or passport). Please cover last 7 digits before attaching.
